TMC is one of the few contractors in the area with the ability to fabricate its own metal supplies. If we can't obtain a fitting, we will fabricate it in our metal shop.

Third, we have the knowledge and ability to do any type of work in the HVAC field. If homeowners would like to learn more about their HVAC system then we will gladly walk them through the operation of their system. If homeowners are well educated then they might want some advanced amenities to their system, like zoning or a telephone access module. TMC has been in the forefront of HVAC technology for the last 15 years. We have perfected residential zoning and have designed specialty duct fittings that are patent pending.

Lastly is our high level of customer service. We provide 24 hour emergency service to all of our customers and builders. We require that all technicians be NATEÂ® certified and attend at least two educational seminars pertaining to HVAC per year. This keeps us up to speed on new advances in our field. TMC is also an active member in many organizations to further the field of HVAC including ACCA, RHBA, NAHB, and the BBB.
