We support a continuing education program for our service technicians, to keep them up to date on new controls and technology in the heating and air conditioning industry .Our extensive training and customer satisfaction ratings qualify us as a Trane Comfort Specialist® as well as being certified by The Building Performance Institute™ for home and heating evaluations thru New York States Energy Smart Program.
Our complete sheet metal shop can fabricate and insulate custom ductwork. We can make custom ductwork "in house", which saves installation time. Several installation teams means that you won't have to wait long for a quality air conditioning, heating, or plumbing installation.
When evaluating air conditioning estimates, compare; we use quality TRANEâ„¢ equipment, which meets or exceeds New York State energy efficiency requirements. All Trane equipment we install comes with a ten-year parts and labor warranty. Our top of the line duct systems consist of insulated 24 gauge galvanized sheet metal with all joints sealed. Air handlers and duct systems in attic areas are suspended on trapeze hangers from the roof rafters to avoid noise or vibration from being transmitted to the living space. Secondary drain pans are installed under all air handlers, to prevent any leaks. Certified refrigeration technicians install all systems. We offer service agreements and extended manufacturers warranties on all the equipment that we install.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card and financing is available. Natural gas systems and heat pumps may qualify for Central Hudson's rebate and low rate financing program when applicable. We are always available to help assist you with any concerns.
